1:1 Coaching is hands-on service designed for runners who want constant feedback, dynamic training adjustments, and a high level of support. It's best suited for athletes targeting significant performance goals, new distances, or those prone to injury who need meticulous oversight.

Training Plans are a structured option for self-motivated runners who need a clear roadmap but not the day-to-day oversight of a coach. They are tailored to specific goals, distances, and ability levels. Plans are typically structured for a specific race (e.g., 5K, Half-Marathon, Marathon) and run for 12, 16, or 20 weeks + include weekly mileage.

Training Plans

Training plans run a program typically in the range of 12-20 weeks, these plans are dependent on the race length. Plans include specific recommendations on distance and pacing for each type of run (easy, interval work, tempos, long runs).
